Holiday Cakes

Working on my first Holiday Cake of the season!
A Dark Chocolate Cake filled with White Chocolate Mousse. It has a Chocolate Christmas tree ontop and Fondant presents and lots of gold accents!

Gingerbread!!

I am starting to work on my Gingerbread house!!! I will be posting pictures as I work on it... My vision at the moment is a Sweet Shop!
The Holidays are right around the corner and I will be posting my new Holiday treats for gift giving!

We are now selling our seasonal Cheesecakes at Newport Avenue Market!
Marionberry, Apple Crumble and Pumpkin. Holiday cakes are soon to follow...

Wedding Desserts

I worked on a dessert buffet for a wedding in the Great Hall at Sunriver Resort. I had a great time creating it all. I made Truffles, Cookies, Bavarian Creams, Tartlets, Mini Mousse Cups, and a small Wedding Cake.
